Notables for Residents

City Newsletter: Look in your mailbox every April, August, and December for the latest City Newsletter. The newsletter contains community and City news to help keep you informed. You can read previous newsletters on the City Newsletters page.

Leaf Pickup: The City does not have a leaf pick up program. Leaves may be disposed by placing in plastic bags and setting out with the trash. Leaves may also be disposed at the Greene County yard waste site. Visit the Yard Waste Collection page for more information and hours of operation.

Signs: Residents and businesses may place temporary yard signs on their property with restrictions. Garage sale, contractor work and real estate sale signs are only allowed on the property where the activity is taking place and for limited periods. Lead-in signs at intersections and signs placed on telephone poles or traffic signs are not permitted. For more information, visit the Zoning page.

Animals: Residents are allowed to keep up to four dogs and/or cats on their property. Dogs are not permitted to run at large around the City or enter onto another person’s property without permission. Additional information can be found by visiting the Zoning page.

Waste & Recycling: Waste and recycling collection is every Friday. The waste company provides a container with wheels for recycling. For more information, please visit the Waste & Recycling Collection page or call (937) 848-4638.

Bellbrook TV: The City operates a public information television channel on Time Warner Cable Channel 99.2 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99. You can watch Council meetings and view community announcements.
