Bellbrook Fire Department Hosting Drive Thru Child Safety Seat Inspections
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has estimated that close to three out of four parents and caregivers do not properly use child restraints.  For this reason, the Bellbrook Fire Department has teamed up with Dayton Children’s Hospital and Safe Kids USA to bring parents and caregivers the seventh annual Drive Thru Child Passenger Safety Seat Inspection.  This program is designed to ensure that all children under 8 years old are properly restrained in the event of a motor vehicle crash.  A one-on-one tutorial provided by a certified Child Passenger Safety technician will demonstrate the proper use and installation of child restraints.

This event will take place on Sunday, October 1 at Bellbrook Fire Station #2 located at 4254 West Franklin Street from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  To schedule an appointment, please call (937) 848-3272.  Drive thru inspections will be taken on a first come first serve basis.  Appointments are encouraged.
