Effective Monday, June 27, 2020, public buildings will be open by appointment only. We ask that visitors wear a mask upon entering any of our buildings and to observe social distancing upon entering and while inside.
All City Council and Board meetings are being evaluated on a case by case basis as to whether they will be held virtually or in person. Please check the meeting schedule page for more information. City Council meetings can be viewed live on our YouTube channel and on our public access cable channel.
Given all of the current circumstances and guidance being passed down from federal and state leaders, the City of Bellbrook is working to adhere to those while continuing to deliver all of the essential services to citizens.
As many are aware, the Governor and Ohio EPA suspended utility disconnections to help alleviate financial stress for those struggling to pay utility bills. As of July 10th, that order was lifted. Our utility billing office has resumed all standard billing practices as a result. If you have had trouble keeping your payments up to date, please contact our Utility Billing Office at 937-848-4638 to discuss your account and any options.
Customers are also encouraged to pay their utility bills online. There is no fee for online bill payment. You may make an online payment by CLICKING HERE
There is also a utility payment drop box located at the front of the City building located at 15 East Franklin Street.
